An innocuous ( not harmful or injurious) action that resulted in a player coughing up blood, bruised lung, fractured rib and spending a night in hospital. So you are allowed to deliberately hit players anywhere on their body with a clenched fist.

The bombers can't get the intent downgraded, it was clearly high impact and clearly to the body - how do you see it ending in a fine.
