An Indian batsman didn't score 160+. He actually scored 20+. That English side is too classy to call it out for what it was, but I'm not. One Test down and in danger of losing a second cheap wicket in the Test they desperately need, a desperate Indian does exactly what we expect. It's really that obvious and that simple. No one, absolutely no one believes it possible to accept Rohit was playing a shot. It's embarrassingly blatant, only further emphasised by later such howlers in favour of India. There really are no skills any team can learn to combat such behavior. It just stops being a true contest and robs everybody. That simple.

I’m afraid your attitude towards others is reflective of the worldview that motivated an Australian man to gun down dozens of Kiwis in a mosque in cold blood. Like you, his refrain was also to ask those unfortunate souls to “go back”.

Again.....not sure what that has to do with aboriginal Australians. Also, are you comparing 'straya with a developing country? Might do better to compare it with China then

You could almost decide the result of these matches by the toss of a coin, England the first test and India the second. You could see the pitch starting to break up at the end of the first day. Add to that India’s spinners are better than England’s so that’s to India advantage. It may change on other venues but I’m not holding my breath.

That's just whataboutism. I actually agreed and made comments at the time regarding the umpires' lack of intervention regarding Tim Paine's chatter. But that isn't relevant here. Every time there's a legitimate issue you disregard it, and then point to something the aussies did once. It's really bizarre.

I'm so sorry. Please forgive me. I'm just a beer swilling luddite who couldn't possibly hope to understand the game of cricket. It's so marvelous to be educated by you. How long are you planning on staying on the roar again?

This has nothing to do with the people over there, mate. All I'm saying the umpiring in this series has been no worse than what we saw during the Border-Gavascar series. Quit using Tu Quoque arguments. Look it up if you don't know what it means

Yeah, he wasn't playing a shot. As soon as the umpire claimed that there was, Root lost all interest in the appeal. Poor umpiring.

Well you've convinced me Willow. The Indian cricket team, and by extension, the entire population of India are the best at cricket at the very best people in the world. Certainly much better than Australia's cricket team and every single Australian Are you happy now?

On that note, did you know that aboriginal Australians weren't even recognised as Australian citizens until 1967? Bet you weren't taught that in school, huh? Not really related to Indian umpiring in any way, but good to keep in mind, nonetheless.
