Nup, don’t like it one bit. The last game of cricket he played he was literally knocked out of the game by a second string quick and now you want to send him in against the big boys? Crazy. Let him get through a shield/county season without any concussion/short ball issues and go from there. If the problem could be sorted by facing short balls in the nets, wouldn’t it have been sorted by now? I’m pretty sure the Vic coaching staff were smart enough to figure out he needed to work on the short stuff and would have adjusted his regime accordingly.

Would like to have seen him get through a shield game first. But the ridiculous scheduling won’t allow for that. Only one way to find out I guess.

I’m torn on this one. I have high hopes for him but am worried about his technical flaws and concussions. One more head hit could end his career
