Hence I don't think men in the women's game is realistic at this point. But if women could show they could hold their own in the men's game, then why not.

I have no issue with cricketers from the women's team, being eligible for selection in the men's team whatsoever. If female cricketers can push their way in on merit, great. Of course there needs to be a framework to enable assessment of performances to enable this and I think we are way way off at this point. Likely at this stage, the women's game needs to be given its own space to grow and develop and because of the different stages of maturity between the two games - women's and men's - you couldn't have men being eligible to play in the women's game. Not yet at least.
