The New Zealand Warriors and Manly Sea Eagles sign off for 2020 with a Sunday afternoon clash at Central Coast Stadium. Join The Roar for live scores from 2pm (AEST).

Circumstances conspired against the Warriors in 2020. They were never going to challenge for finals given a lack of home games, but have been admirably competitive all season and, before their current three-game losing streak, had won four of five at one point.

Manly were also dealt a dud hand by the footy gods this year. After starting 4-2, before moving to 6-5, a raft of injuries to crucial personnel doomed the Sea Eagles, as they lost six in a row to fall out of the finals race. They’ll be hoping for a strong performance this afternoon for some momentum to carry into the offseason.

The Warriors got up 26-22 just over a month ago when these sides clashed at Brookvale Oval earlier in the season, giving them three wins from their last four matches against Manly.

Well done Warriors. Sad end to Manly's year, I really thought they would finish strong. Thoughts to Hard Yards, Eagle Jack, Forty Twenty and the rest of the gang. Join us Dragons up the back of the bus...

Nice work Warriors, decent effort today and got the job done in a scrappy affair. I think they will be a better team next year for this experience. Quite a few more good players coming through as well.

Winning this game and finishing 10th would have glossed over an abhorrent season. Manly are a bottom 4 side, and if the Dragons win next, that’s where they’ll finish. Deservedly. Well done Warriors. Heck of a season, hopefully they can build on it

This team needs a strip-you-bare-mental-degradation type of off-season. They are insanely soft

Such a simple but successful move by Manly. Surely NZ were aware that was coming.

Attitude is terrible. Lot of arms tackles. Lack of discipline. Hasler has had a shocker
