To be fair, they did stop the game even though he was already off the field

Dan Ginnane, Warren Smith are much more tempered and easier to listen to than Voss. Voss is unbearable, too opinionated and loves his own voice. The commentators should call the game, and let the other experts to make comment - Mal Meninga, Cooper Cronk, Michael Ennis, Gorden Tallis -these guys are professional, experienced winners and generally tempered with their opinions, everything that Andrew Voss isn't.

I'm not sure what the rules say about that Harry? From a very long time ago, the rules I played to, said injured players had to go to the nearest sideline. I'm assuming there will be different rules if a medical cart is available, but am not sure that basic rule isn't the the same.

The trouble with guys like Voss is that we complain about the buffoons on ch9 . The next tier down like Voss , Anasta, Alexander and Blocker are really B graders in the world of commentary. Imagine having that lot on 9 . You'd neck yourself.

I don’t really mind that once BMoz refused the medicab that he has to walk off the long way What’s strange about it though is that refs will hold up play for minutes while someone gets blood wiped off and their head taped up… that makes it seem incongruous

Another report says that he chose to walk of. Voss wasn’t just complaining about the medicab though, he was also about the fact that Morris had to walk all the way around the field rather than straight across it because he was injured on the far side of the field from the dressing rooms. I think that’s a fair enough complaint. Is the speed of the game so sacred that we can’t hold it up for a minute or two while a player limps off? Do we really have to make a player in serious pain with what looked like a very badly injured knee take the long way around before he can get full treatment? It doesn’t exactly show much concern for player welfare on the part of the ref or the NRL.

Voss is the one that should be slammed, he is unbearable as a commentator.

Was Morris forced to walk off the ground or did he choose to? I'm also wondering why Voss and his cohorts made a big deal of it? They're talking about all the fans watching, yet if the cameras didn't show it and these clowns stopped talking about it, it would have been a no issue. Should stick to what he does best - calling games badly.

The Roosters medical staff would have a better idea of how to move Morris then loudmouth, know-it-all Andrew Voss
