Ben Elias is spot on, that is blatant cheating by Storm. $100,000 agree and ban the trainer for 2 weeks, they will think twice about tampering with the game again.

Perhaps Referee Smith could return his wife’s ring to cover the fine. Or GI May have inadvertently left one of his boats behind that could be offered as payment. Have the Storm accepted the penalty or are they WRESTLING with the idea of appealing?
