I take offence to it Kashmir All I have done is try and dilute some of the zealotry and one eyed commentary on the game - Jones is a ‘fun’ target but if we want to get serious there’s a range of complex issues the review needs to look at. As I said above, the Crusaders have just appointed Rob Penney after he was sacked by NSW. Brad Thorn, straight from the All Black set up, couldn’t turn the Reds around. The stream of ill discipline and poor composure has been a trait of the Wallabies under multiple coaches and captains not named Eddie. I think people are ignoring all that because it’s easy and comforting to get rid of Jones but much harder and more confronting to accept the other issues.

We played better in our loss v Italy, than in this win vs Portugal.

Didn’t the AUS b team beat Portugal by 20 points in the warm up games? Our elite expertly coached wallaby team is no better . The mindless kicking at the end was more than frustrating. I ended up wanting Portugal to score on counter attack as at least they looked to play.

Haha, no I think up until now the Wallabies have always found a way to coast on past glory. This is the most embarrassing WC campaign ever. There are no excuses or places to hide this time. If there isn’t major structural reform after this year, then it’s clear we’ve got more bottoms to rock.
