It's more of an employment law issue than anything else. The problem is that an employer can't break the law of the land and that's what Izzy is probably going to test in court. It seems lawyers are split on this question, which makes me think all the "experts" on all the comment sections that are 100% convinced one way or the other are talking out their hole.

So much hatred from those who espouses inclusing and tolerance – don’t you at least see that it’s not just Izzy who needs to reconsider how he approach social media but for others like you to try to understand what drives him. Izzy is by all accounts a decent human being – he doesn’t deserve what has happened to him. I genuinely worry about his mental health at the moment, just like you worry about mental health of gay teenagers.
