We asked you to rate every Wallabies player out of 10 after their brave 33-30 win over France on the weekend, which saw them claim the three-Test series.
His praises have been sung all week, especially by resident expert Nick Bishop, so it’s no surprise to see skipper Michael Hooper come out well on top in the votes too.
He was the only member of the run-on XV to average north of eight out of ten – and he did it emphatically, scoring 8.61.
Taniela Tupou also creeped north of eight – 8.03 – with another excellent cameo off the bench, while Darcy Swain’s 7.72 at lock was good enough for bronze.
Will Genia, again, named Michael Hooper his man of the match speaking to The Roar.
“You can’t go past the skipper again. He was bloody good. His work-rate, his appetite to keep going and being involved and have an impact on the game.
“He makes such a difference to the team with his leadership and composure, and you look at someone like that and he just keeps going and going. In my experience, having played with him and I’m sure it’s the same with the others, it just inspires you to want to go that extra distance as well,” he said.

Hopefully Robbo gets his chance

Fair enough, thought it was over the series. If he’s our reserve LHP and we we are juggling who he finishes the game with in the front row, he has work to do

Is your name Brian Westlake? I had a mate in the 80s/90s who wrote graffiti everywhere that said Brian Westlake was here. It seemed I saw it everywhere but then we hung in the same places and I was looking for it. His name wasn’t Brian btw

I’m not sure that always happens any more. Check out the Bokke front row bench. I’d suggest it was the A Team - designed to deliver the win

Seems strange, Banks averages 5.6 luckily and played 240 minutes, is there no better fullback? I think not.

I can only assume you didn't notice Slipper coming off and that it was actually Bell doing the tough carries, cleanouts etc. And btw, I believe the assessments were for the 3rd test only, so referring to an event in the second test (which hindsight suggests had far more to do with Lonergan anyway) is a bit confusing. And confused.

He's lucky it happened in the last test not the first. He would have got the NZQC treatment from the Aussie crowds.

Video was used...just they looked at it differently from the 100s of thousands of others who also saw it. The only vindication is the fact that Jelonch will always be known as a weasel who milked his way to a send off. Crowds don't forget. I bet he wished he didn't take that stance now. Probably should be known as 'sniper' from here on in as that's exactly what it looked like (as described by Rennie) after about a 5 second delay...

To be fair on Angus he is not quite up to test match standard yet .His confidence may by destroyed by Rennie if he is not careful . We saw what happened to Tom Robertson when he folded like a deck chair playing 24 tests from 2016-2018 to never be seen again in Gold. I blame Cheika on that one. Robertson was not ready then. Tommy looks ready now to step up although at 107 kilos that is still small for a test loosie. Maybe another 3 kilos and he`d be right in the mix.

You said the same thing when Cheika was coach.

"So what you're saying is"......... Cathy Newman style..... I don't know that I could explain what I meant in any simpler way....... I wonder if Frost always had that first tackler sidestep, or was that something he learned in his years at the Crusaders. It certainly seems to very consistently get him past the first defenders, and he's certainly light on his feet for such a big man. Between him and Hosea the future's looking good, provided the endless demand from Europe and Japan for big men doesn't take them. Maybe Hosea could do with a year or two in those environments.

Ah ... so I would add him to Eloff as players that hopefully can be kept in the Australian system (Australian rugby is developing them) until eligible.

Not eligible, only came to aust in 2019 I believe

By too young you mean he hasn't spent a year overseas to make everyone claim he's better than the local talent?

seems to be pretty accurate ratings across the board, this team will only get better with more experience and Rennie's guidance. Could this be the Wallaby revival we have all been anticipating for so long - I bloody hope so

Nope. Nothing can be done.

Agree with your second point. He’s a special player. Very few can change test matches regularly

I don`t rate Bell at all.I would have given him a 0 if i could for the second test. Him and Lonergan lost that game and only Lonergan was punished. He was poor in all 3 tests .We need Sio back ASAP.

Agree, Bell is not test match standard yet .Needs 4 years in super rugby to get his scrummaging up to scratch.

Disagree, his best game was game two when he started. He was Wallabies player of the series for me.
