Goodbye NRC hasn't published any posts yet

it reminds me of the swinton red card which ended up being dismissed by the review board.

WATCH: Jasper Wiese cited for Kerevi clear out shocker

so no kudos to the Aussie team, only how bad the Boks played and how they lost the game.

SA View: 'Robotic' and 'flaccid' Springboks make Wallabies look like 'world beaters'

Pretty sure they’re playing them in Perth

Boks name near full-strength side for second Pumas Test

a strong line up, glad to see Swinton in there. They’ll need to be on song to match it with the AB’s who traditionally play better against the WB’s in the second match.

Welcome back Lachie! Swinton confirmed as Wallabies name their team

The hoodoo has break sometime, might not be this year but it will happen

Michael Hooper's perfect response to inevitable Eden Park question

They’ll need to pick up their form if they want to get past the quarterfinals.

Fiji knock pointless Australia out of Rugby 7s, and Argentina stun South Africa

I hope the next game is a bit more exciting, seems both teams were feeling each other out and neither really taking the lead to dominate the play.

Match report: Lions roar back to down Springboks in first Test

seems to be pretty accurate ratings across the board, this team will only get better with more experience and Rennie’s guidance. Could this be the Wallaby revival we have all been anticipating for so long – I bloody hope so 👍

Wallabies vs France player ratings: Your verdict and how Will Genia saw it

I’m looking forward to seeing Tate play, he’ll keep those french forwards on their toes.

White to miss France series after injuring knee at training

Hooper will be run on for certain, McReight’s defence is to shaky at the moment. If he works hard on that he might be able to challenge for a spot. The issue is Hoopers contract and limited forward positions he can actually play, plus he spends a fair bit of time in the backline. He would make an alright tackle busting centre if he had any pace.

Get your questions in for Issue 18 of Coach's Corner

Pretty spot on article, a great player does not translate to a great coach. There’s a special skill required to digest and impart knowledge to those you’re teaching. I sincerely hope this coaching group can turn the Wallaby fortunes around to become a team to be feared and respected when they run out onto the field.

Brumbies: Never look a gift horse in the mouth!

I agree with the NRC concept it’s a commonsense stepping stone to super rugby and National selection but somehow it can’t burdening the existing local competitions. They also need to expand the search and look at state schools for talent, for to long they wasted time on concentrating on private schools. The other major issue is competing with NRL, AFL and even soccer to a degree for talent and player retention. There seems to be no easy way out of this mess. I also think foxtel had a major part in killing the game in OZ

Entertaining close match

Blues claim Super Rugby Trans-Tasman glory in thrilling final

Great article, quite informative. I keep hearing Skelton being mentioned. Does anyone know if he even wants to come back to the wallabies. I thought he’d said he wasn’t really interested in a return as he and his wife are enjoying life in Europe

Coach's Corner Issue 17: Do the Wallabies have what it takes in the second row?

Totally agree, bring back the NRC.

The coaches want it, and now it seems RA’s appetite for the NRC might be growing

It’s great to see so much Inout form the public. I hope RA people are trolling these posts for ideas, they are certainly lacking any themselves.

The Trans-Tasman highlights the need for investment into Australian rugby

I think they bringing Hannigan back
😢

Chiefs consign Waratahs to winless season

Tahs defence coach for 2022 is going to have to do some pretty hard work in the pre season with the team.

Chiefs consign Waratahs to winless season

Agreed, pretty sure he coped the bin in his first wallaby run on too.

Chiefs consign Waratahs to winless season

I reckon he’ll get a run for the bench in one of the games

Coach’s Corner Issue 16: Who will front up for the Wallabies?

Given the short turn around between games I think Rennie will need to select a couple of hookers. I reckon Lonergan will get a bench start at least, and doubt Porecki will get a start due to the injury he picked up. He looked shattered hobbling off the field in the last game.

Coach’s Corner Issue 16: Who will front up for the Wallabies?

They really need to manage this injury properly so he doesn’t end up like Karmichael Hunt, has the potential but keeps getting injured. Perhaps it’s the training regime he’s under that needs to be adjusted.

Suliasi Vunivalu ruled out of France series with hamstring injury

I think his missus is happy being overseas so he’s in no hurry to come back to Oz

Five talking points from Super Rugby Trans-Tasman, Round 4

I agree, I should have said. That wasn’t my opinion, something I read. But they are making it hard to recruit players if those players don’t know who the coach is going to be. Essentially the board is a basket case and really need to sort there crap out and quickly.

Five talking points from Super Rugby Trans-Tasman, Round 4

They need to settle on a coach before they can get new players to commit, it would be highly disappointing if they don’t sign anyone. The Tahs board seems to be stuffing around with their decisions.
