I think they chose more to suit what was best for a certain player manager than what was best for the club. To have over half your squad then eventually the coach under the one manager isnt exactly good roster management unless your pocketing commissions.

Witty, WB. But not entirely true. They have shown patches of good play. And on paper at least you'd have to say their roster is better than Dogs or Tigers. But for the life of me I haven't been able to discern what Walters is trying to do with them. There has been no consistent game plan, selection or messaging. When he was hired he had a lot to say about how he was going to get the best out of Milford. His strategy seems to have been send him back to reserve grade and tell him he can come back when he starts to play better. It's no surprise the players are starting to public say WTF. My money is on the big clean out having zero effect on improving how the team plays. At some point it comes back to the coach.

Just need to win the next 9 and they make the semis. Win the next 13 and they are Premiers. Although just one more loss = Mad Monday. Hmm? Yeah, they’re probably in some trouble.

It’s not so much Kev as some of the ones that have been there for a while in admin at the Brisbane Broncos like current director Darren Lockyer should take some blame and now they appoint a "TV commentator" like Ben Ikin as the new Head of Football, it’s just going from bad to worse.

To me the major part of the Broncs problems is the embarrassment of riches they have in there young player development.Like a kid in a LollyShop there not sure which one to choose and develop. They have invariably chosen poorly or lacked the patience to nurture them over several seasons, instead discarding them to other clubs and jump to the next one from the factory production line.Maybe B.Ikin can Install some direction in this critical area.

Bennett thought the crop of new Broncos forwards were the best ever seen at the club and that's how they looked for a while but its been more of a curse than anything.

Yeah, the same group that won the wooden spoon last year.

"he's lost the Broncos playing group" I think that must be true since the group he currently has certainly can't play.

Oh no, you mean they can't cop 50pt hidings each week and expect a free ride. Maybe their agent sees their payday going down significantly so they whine to the press.

Tell the players and their managers to shut up and to stop talking to negative NRL journalist's. Every player revolt ends with a coach going and the same players giving the same ordinary performances for too much money.

So what? That's what causes half the problems in the first place and anyway, a lot of them won't be there next year.
