The NRL Round 20 teams have been revealed.
The Melbourne Storm will be at close to full strength for their Saturday night blockbuster with the Penrith Panthers, welcoming Cameron Munster, Dale Finucane and Felise Kaufusi back into the starting side. Ryan Papenhuyzen has been named on the bench again, while Harry Grant has also been named as a reserve and could slot back in at hooker.
Penrith, meanwhile, are struggling with injuries. Brian To’o (ankle), joins Tyrone May (knee) on the sidelines, where they’ll sit alongside starting halfback Nathan Cleary. That means the Panthers will field Matt Burton at five-eighth and bring Brent Naden into the centres.
Peta Hiku has also been named skipper of a new-look Warriors side, following the decision of Roger Tuivasa-Sheck to return home to New Zealand.
Sean O’Sullivan has replaced Chad Townsend at halfback, due to the latter suffering a shoulder injury, while Leeson Ah Mau has also joined rugby-bound Tuivasa-Sheck in departing for his home country.

Expect some awkward moments in round 20 - players playing out of position: Jake Granville at Fullback; Corey Norman at centre: Luke Brooks at 7, Brodie Croft at 7; Dylan Edwards as Captain.

Latest Paynten has put Taumalolo at 7 for 20 min stint then Give him a 50 min rest and put Hess in on 7. Drink water is running it up as 13 this week. Shock and Awe. Jake Granville at No.1 is great under the highball and has speed to burn. Lucky they are playing the Broncos, they still might win. Pay ten is a genius.

The poor Warriors. Nearly two years of major chunks away from home. If they can't make the semi's maybe they should call it and go home. I wouldn't blame them one bit.

Luke Thompson out for three weeks for his bump on Brailey… absolute rort NRL gave up on the high contact crackdown but still making an example of players from struggling clubs Late, not high, not dangerous. Three weeks, what a joke

If the stories of a loan system being introduced are correct, should the broncos send Xavier Coates to the Roosters for the rest of the season before his 2022 move to the Storm & use that saved $ to pump up Tese Niu’s contract. Not like they’re featuring in finals this season & the roosters are in a backline injury crisis. Makes financial sense.

Storm/Panthers looked to be a pivotal game in the season but with the outs for the Panthers it now feels a bit different, being at almost full strength the Storm need to win this comfortably otherwise the Panthers would be the team taking confidence from the result, even if it is a defeat.

So disappointing that the storm v panthers match has been impacted so much by injury, can’t see anything but a comfortable Storm victory…

Apart from Norman at centre(??????), it’s great to see some the young blokes getting a run, clearly some the older heads simply don’t care enough

Hammer out, Val out. Did you watch the Storm game. ? Jake was very good.

Finally, the Dragons selectors are just drawing names out of a hat.

Agree regarding the odds...took some of that plus the 17 point start.

Yep, forgot about that. Looked like a dislocation so probably they decided to rest him this week.

NAS did have a finger issue in the Cowboys game, maybe it's related to that?

jake Granville at fullback. Doesn’t Payten want to make the semis this year? Why are Melbourne so hot favourites against Penrith. Geez I wish the TAB was open I’d take Panthers 1-12 $7.50.

No Nelson for Storm and he isn't injured?!. Not sure what's up with that. After Paps he was Storms best in the GF...might be more to that story. Grant back is a big in. Surprised Panthers didn't use TPJ but they still look pretty good. Backline depth for Panthers is way ridiculous...they still don't have a spot in the 17 for Momirovski.

Jamayne T-B played one game for the Dragoons and that was enough for him.. Back to the Warriors who have a better shot at the semis, even without RTS.
