By The Roar / Editor

The Panthers halfback was penalised for lifting Kenny Bromwich, whose head hit the turf after the tackle in the first half.

LP that’s simply acknowledging both sides are supported by one eyed supporters who love their respective club or are we supposed to believe Penrith supporters are the Switzerland of supporters in the NRL. I’m sure if we go back 12 months or so there might be some Penrith supporters who were talking up Cam Smiths manipulation of referees and Melbourne Storm bending or breaking rules

Is that the equivalent of my seven year old saying 'I know you are, you say you are, so what am I?'

C'mon on Miss Miggie, that was almost half-hearted. It's GF week; got to start front loading your efforts.

Correct on one level Miggles , hand between the leg , but it's not a crime , some players could even be partial to it. Trouble is that he's not past the horizontal, he is merely horizontal and milks the penalty. Cleary will play in the GF but he's injured so no excuses for being beaten. Meanwhile, Mitchell will be in the stands with his Bunny beanie on wondering where it all went wrong. Poor coaching to let the wild thing keep mauling opponents. The writing was on the wall all season and Wayne just let it get worse. terrible coaching.

Josh Aloiai v Nathan Cleary tackles. Both are illegal, both dangerous and both essentially land the same. They are lifting tackles past and over the horizontal, player dropped. Josh Aloiai has been charged by the match review committee for this. He is facing 3-4 weeks suspension. Cleary's loading should result in suspension. They are the rules.

Phew; I was wondering what the Redfern Amateur Dramatics Society would have to be outraged by this week. Looks like they can focus their inferiority complex on Cleary getting cleared.

That is a suspension for sure, hands between the legs, lifting, then past the horizontal, then dumped. He should have also been off for a head bin too, and how was Lui allowed back on?

Hand between the legs, past the horizontal, simply dangerous, it's a spear tackle.

Those kind of tackles can create spinal injuries. These tackles are banned from the game for good reason, Cleary should face suspension.

They seem to get sucked in every time a player holds the back of his head. The torso was horizontal , strong tackle , play on .
