A person who played ONE first grade game for the Eels thinks Cameron Smith - who has over FIVE HUNDRED games including NRL, State of Origin and Australia and Captained at all levels, is delusional. What is Kent's issue with Smith?? Has he had a request for an in-depth interview knocked back? Seriously.. just what is it his business to be all so fired up and angry with him? I've said it before in other threads, doesn't matter what Smith decides, the issues between Harry and Branden is between themselves. doesn't matter if Smith stays or goes, these two won't want to give up a hooker spot to the other so one of them is going anyway. Best chance of seeing Smith gone is if they win and he won't decide until after the GF to see if he has the urge to go around again.
Ikin has no chance of being appointed CEO. Should stick to Fox,i would. Cartoon in today's Courier Mail perfectly sums up Kevvie's job. What a classic.
If there was any chance Cameron Smith was going to join Fox Sports upon retiring as a player, Paul Kent wouldn't be bashing him, because if it came down to Fox choosing Smith or Kent, I can't see how even he would survive that..
Paul Kent and the Telegraph have been pursuing a vigorous anti-Storm agenda for some years now. Not what I want from my sports journalists and the reason I stopped watching NRL360 last year. Caught enough snippets this year to see that they have also been aggressively pursuing the Broncos administration in an attempt to get Ben Ikin appointed CEO. Disgraceful.
