You clearly have no clue of what your talking about her knowledge comes from the person taking to her via her earpiece . Several times over the years her earpiece has failed mid sentance and she has not been able to continue the conversation . That why all the girls at Fox are respected by the players and fans

Celebrities often exaggerate about the type of tweets they receive at certain times. Or act like a certain type of response is the majority of what they received at a certain time

You forgot to add that she helped end the footy show.

Who you’d prefer to attempt to chat up in the line at Centrelink, is probably closer to the truth. Retired Footballer ? 23 Origins 24 Tests 8th Immortal Almost 250 1st grade games But he’s just a “ retired footballer”. Who’s on airwaves pouring fuel on the flames ? It ain’t the retired footballer. You’re a funny guy , or perhaps just a little obtuse.

Erin Molan "articulate" & "intelligent". Must be 2 of them. I understand we have to have equal gender representation on sports shows however I'm thankful to have Fox as their female presenters are well researched & discuss matters intelligently. Unfortunately Channel 9 is the only way to watch the GF live. Erin Molan = mute button + radio commentary.

Erin started her career in Canberra as a sports presenter in Canberra and then into Sydney for ch9 long before she got a start on the Footy Show. That was the Sunday Footy Show she was doing 'around the grounds' and IMO was pretty good at it. Again IMO, she is easy on the eye and spoke well so she was given a crack at the Thursday night FS that was more entertainment than football, you cannot blame her for that. her footy intellect is far greater than that show and started long before it. If you ever listen to 2GB coverage, she can talk quite proficiently about the game, plays and players. I think people make the mistake of looking at a blonde girl joke and laugh with the other boofheads and assume that's all she brings.

Erin Molan: Degree holder, articulate, bi-lingual. Intelligent person. Andrew Johns: Retired footballer, prone to irrational fits of nonsensical anger. Gee, I know who I'd sooner work with in my workplace if given the choice between those two.

I think she does a pretty good job as a Nine presenter(anchor), it’s that girlie giggle that probably irritate a lot of Real Men. If Joey gets the punt from Nine over these “irreconcilable differences “ he could end up over at Fox with his Brother and all those Foxy Ladies - interesting scenario that one

In all the searching I did, I found two comments I would consider trolling. it isn't trolling to voice an opinion that someone doesn't think Molan is a good presenter. There seems to be significantly more articles talking about the trolling than the actual trolling. Totally against bullying. I did see a post that called her a cancer, and that is vile and while it doesn't make it right, there is plenty of vile comments on Twitter about plenty of people, including Johns every single week and there are not stories written and promoted to this degree abut those tweets. Maybe this is the Telegraph looking to create noise like it did this time last year with the Bulldogs Mad Monday "scandal", or maybe it is Erin reacting to a very, very, very small number of tweets from people whose opinions clearly don't matter to anyone. I just don't see why this has become a story that has run all week while so many other more intense instances of trolling against high profile people, slide by without reporting.

Theirs a term we like to use “UnAustralian” but the truth is ,,, it’s typically Australian, regardless of gender I’ve seen this bullying all to often, sportsmen / women, business Aussies smack down success, why? My parents culture, the way I was raised we glorify success ( however it comes! ) you only need to glance over here and see whilst clear banter exists so many make comments posted here personal, Who cares about someone’s opinion it’s just that! Who cares about punctuation we know what’s being forwarded, people should reward effort, achievements not smack it down

Hold on so you admit to having no clue about what's referenced but you have a very strong opinion as to how it should be handled?

Not his fault at all. He's been good on the topic. But if he's going to walk away from an easy gig for something she had no control over, he'd better get good at something else.

I like both of them - I just think Channel 9 has got the mix and format wrong. Erin is from the Thursday night Footy Show format of cheap comedy, laughs and giggles - same as Darryl Brohman. They are entertaining but I don’t take them seriously. And Joey can’t handle not being the centre of attention.

Until now I didn't realise who Erin Molan is. Ch9 runs it's footy coverage from around half an hour before game time so I don't turn my tele on until the game starts. I had seen this woman on screen at various times during the telecast and found her presentation unpleasant to watch. No problem, simply turn the volume down, go for a leak and another beer while she is on. If Andrew Johns doesn't like working with her it's up to their boss to pull him, her or both of them into line and get on with the job. In most work places it would be fair to say there some people who dislike some of their colleagues so no unique problem in Ch9.

Channel 9 let Yvonne Sampson go to Fox. She is the ultimate professional. I find social media abuse to be disgusting however I can't watch Erin Molan & consider her input to be amateurish.

I think Joey’s a bit precious saying “I’m not working with her” because they don’t get along. Surely it’s not too much to ask to put differences aside and act professionally for a couple of hours a week. Particularly if, as reported, he doesn’t like her because she got Vautin’s job as footy show host. The internet trolling stuff has been pretty awful but Joey’s not responsible for that...

This appears to have been blown so far out of proportion it isn't funny. 1. While I haven't seen all the social media posts, the one's I saw weren't trolls, they were people stating an opinion, the opinion being, they weren't fans of Erin as a presenter - in a pretty balanced way for Twitter. Some went a little far, but nothing horrid. 2. The person who started all of this was Buzz. If it isn't true have a go at him! He is supposed to be in the Molan camp and he created this storm! 3. Behind Todd Greenberg and Phil Gould, Andrew Johns gets trolled more than anyone else in rugby league. He hasn't actually said anything negative about Erin (that anyone is aware of), so why are all of these "colleagues" saying it is unfair the way Erin is being treated, but saying nothing about Johns? I am totally against bullying, and maybe there have been horrible things written, that I haven't read. But if you are going to work in the media, and the public eye, you have to have accept some criticism.
