In perhaps the hardest game of the round to predict, a strong Brisbane side humbled by Geelong last weekend travel south to face the Giants. Brisbane’s form line had been superb, beating all four South and West Australian teams – all but one by four goals or more – before last weekend’s fade out.
The Giants’ form line hasn’t been as sparkling, with several frustrating losses compounded by last weekend’s poor effort against the Power. They did slot two wins – over Collingwood and Hawthorn – but it’s largely been a frustrating season for the Giants, who begun this round outside the top eight.
Chris Fagan’s men have the disadvantage of being south of the border. They have only won at Giants Stadium once, last July, in their only victory against GWS since 2017.
Leon Cameron has made three changes to a losing side. Tom Green and Jackson Hately are omitted, with Callan Ward out with injury. Young trio Jye Caldwell, Zac Langdon and Tim Taranto are the Giants’ inclusions.
Brisbane will play an unchanged side.

I have asked 6x6 many times for the evidence of his claims about Richmond players (after a fruitless search) but it is never forthcoming, because it doesn't exist, so don't waste your time. I hope you enjoyed the match! I said in the expert tipsters I was surprised they all favoured Richmond so strongly. How wrong I was. I didn't under estimate Richmond though, just over estimated North. I didn't realise they were so bad.

Not sure I understand your reasons for such a statement about Richmond been bad sports?? To my knowledge they have embraced the fact they are in an interstate hub for a while! A couple of senior players made the decision to remain in Melbourne for family reasons, which is perfectly understandable given the circumstances! I believe the Tigers have approached hub life, no differently than any other team, so yeah bit of a harsh statement there!

Nico, you can breathe now! Lions controlled the game nicely. Any time the Giants surged they held strong and surged themselves. Very proud of them today, 2 home and away wins v Giants in Sydney

Wow. Lions are the real deal. They can genuinely eye off a 4th flag in the AFL era which would equal the Eagles and just one behind the mighty Hawks. The Lions appointed Fagan, the Blues Bolton. Not the first time the Blues backed the wrong man.
