Has he got it in him to keep up the training, and keep the weight off, if he gets a lengthy suspension? I'm thinking he gets the 4 years for tampering while the other will be served concurrently. I wish the boy well but can't see him coming back from that. What a waste.

If he is found guilty on both counts, he'll be very lucky if it is four years. Even six might require a generous interpretation of the rules.

It was tampering with a drug sample. Pretty serious, and will be determined by the "tampering" aspect and not what was in the sample.

Will be training with Cyril I'd imagine, keep it up Willie even if you got maximum ban you would still provide maximum value to wce or any club.
