The Melbourne Storm host the New Zealand Warriors to finish Saturday’s program at AAMI Park. Join The Roar for live scores from 7.30pm AEDT.

Still no Cameron Munster for the Storm and Nelson Asofa-Solomona either, with both given another week to recover. Shawn Blore stays at 18th man.

Wayde Egan pulls up alright following his arm injury, as does Kurt Capewell (rib). Otherwise unchanged for the Wahs.

Prediction

The Storm have the advantage of two home matches to start their season and will be too strong for the Warriors even though they usually arc up in Melbourne. Storm by 8

Happened to the Raiders against Penrith - back when they had Moylan etc. Raiders up by 8 with 3 minutes to play and lost in 2017 in Bathurst. Had my head in my hands for about 5 minutes after that one.

Do I need to apologise to the Knights and Wahs?

I’m glad we got back into it and I to a position to win it. Better than submitting and losing easily. But still hurts. Hopefully it’s enough to build on and get some wins - 2 losses to start isn’t great.

Two brilliant bits of play by the Storm to steal the win after the Warriors had played an almost flawless second half. Shaun Johnson and RTS in particular were fantastic. Couldn't have done much more. Hats off to the Storm - that pass combination to set up Papi's try was amazing but the athleticism by Xavier Coates to seal the win was out of this world. And I suspect they practised these plays so hats off to the players and the coaching staff. Two great games in Townsville and Melbourne. Great start to the season.

To be fair the Australian officials are terribly one eyed across all sports.

Would have changed the game, but a few early shockers. But yeah, nothing in the second half to complain about. Should have been able to hold on there.

Lucky…really lucky with that game but what a finish by Xavier Coates. Defense from last week nowhere to be seen this week but the attack was a whole lot better. They need to put together a complete performance. 2 top four teams downed in the first 2 weeks…not a bad start. Lucky…but will take it. Need NAS back…need teeth in the middle when the going gets tough.

Tell that to the Roosters (2012). Souths scored 2 tries in the last 2 mins and scored their last Try from the kick-off over 100 metres on the siren! "Reynolds! Reynolds! You can take me now. I have seen it ALL!" - Warren Smith

Didn't touch the corner post either. Cracking try on any era.

I mean there was several bits of rubbish in the first half. Storm won it well at the end, but Warriors should have been ahead by more.
