Prediction
After a shock loss against the Crows last weekend, the Blues will have the Giants in their sights at Marvel Stadium.
The trouble for them is that GWS look as good as any team in the AFL right now, and even without defender Sam Taylor, might be too good across the park for a Carlton side yet to get out of third gear in 2024.

What team doesn’t have a few cracks, especially this time of the year? Carlton have always played well against Geelong, even in their dark times. It will be a great test for both clubs. I’m looking forward to it too.

Can’t wait to watch the game but it is encouraging that we are 5-1 despite being a long way from our best, with probably 6 best 22 players out and Curnow kicking 30 goals in 6 matches despite being in pretty ordinary form
