I love how burnt everyone is over the fact Gallen just keeps beating these guys.... the space he owns in peoples heads is crazy. “Wait until he fights a boxer”, “Hunt will smash him”, “Browne will knock him out”... let’s see if he fights a 21 year old... like seriously

With the prize fight money and Gallen's success, I can see a career path for many NRL players looking to box once they are over 30 and their club is maxed on salary cap.

Wow. These are pay tv ‘events’ now? We have actual title boxing, MMA, wrestling and now whatever this competition is called. I would never have thought it. ‘In this corner ‘retired star from another sport’ vs ‘D-grade celebrity who started a spat online’ or ‘Married to a dancing farmer star’ or ‘YouTube blogger’ or even the ‘50 year old boxing greats fighting’. If anyone had said to me back in the day the old ‘celebrity deathmatch’ tv show was going to be a paytv thing I’d would have been saying ‘no ones watching that’

Not sure what's worse: Gallen's technique, or losing to it...

How bad would you have to be to be on the undercard to this rubbish.

Well done Gal. You will cop a lot of shade from those who will always put you down because they don't like you. Or more specifically don't like who they think you are, much like Mr Browne himself. This was a big win, and a definitive win. Congratulations.

Agree Tom. Wonder if Gal will challenge Justis Huni now. Huni, at 21 years old would not be like those lumbering 40 year old has beens masquerading as contenders.

Well that happened. I'm sorry for anyone who actually parted with cash to watch this garbage, although I'm pretty sure no actual boxing fans were stung
