Graham Arnold has confirmed that he has departed from from his J-League club Vegalta Sendai after just six games.
The story was reported by Nikkansports.com on Wednesday, though the club has yet to make a formal statement regarding the former Central Coast Mariners coach.
SBS reporter Scott McIntyre reported that he spoke to Arnold who confirmed he has parted ways with the club in a mutual decision.
The club sit second bottom of the J-League, winless in six games with four draws.
Arnold arrived at the start of this J-League season, after winning the A-League title with the Mariners.
Vegalta currently has Perth Glory keeper Danny Vukovic on-loan at the and have also signed former Central Coast playmaker Mike McGlinchey.
