Manly got off to a brilliant start with Dylan Walker scoring after just two minutes as the State of Origin representative made his way through the line.

The Panthers scored soon after with Tyrone Peachey putting the gap to just two points.

Penrith looked in danger of conceding another try as Lewis Brown almost scored, only to have the ball stripped just inches short of the line.

Manly didn’t give up however spreading right to put Tom Trbojevic over on the wing.

The tries kept on coming for the home side as Dylan Walker scored his second after he put in a chip kick with Matthew Wright re-gathering and passing on his outside to put the five-eighth over.

The Silvertails came close to scoring their fourth try after Apisai Koroisau put up a bomb with Siosaia Vave coming down with it.

With just three minutes left in the first half, the Sea Eagles decided to extend their with a penalty goal as the home side ran into the break in front by 16 points.

It looked like the Panthers wouldn’t be able to stop Dylan Walker and the Sea Eagles in the second half after Jorge Taufua put a grubber in for himself to score in a brilliant effort by the Tongan international.

Just two minutes later however, Josh Mansour appeared to score after Bryce Cartwright put in a grubber for the winger.

The momentum had turned the way of the mountain men hit Nathan Cleary then going through a gap in the line to put the visitors within ten points.

Leilani Latu followed after Matt Moylan helped the backrower to storm over the chalk before Peter Wallace put the Panthers in the lead with ten minutes remaining after Matt Moylan put Tyrone Peachey in space, the centre then putting his hooker over the line.

Another try came for Penrith with Dallin Watene-Zelezniak scoring five minutes later before Matt Moylan sealed the match with a field goal to give the Panthers a 31-24 victory.
