The results are in! Yesterday we conducted our survey of how Roarers rated the Wallabies side that lined up for the second Test against England. 534 responses came through, and we’ve totalled up the results.
Surprise surprise, after a 7-23 loss that gave England their first series win ever on Australian soil, Roarers were not too happy with the performance of the team. Just about every player wearing the gold and green rated average or worse.

Israel Folau was our best – that’s the view of the Roarers. He finished with an average rating of 6.3, the only player to get a 6 or higher, and was most commonly given a 7 (as voted by 157 of our responders).
At the opposite end of the table was Nick Phipps, who finished with an average rating of 3.7 and was most commonly rated a 4 (according to 106 Roarers). 85 Roarers gave him just a 1, comfortably the most for any player, though Dean Mumm (52) and Bernard Foley (45) weren’t well-loved either.
