Robbie Farah returns from concussion and will resume his spot on the bench in the only change to the Tigers team that went down 29-20 to the Melbourne Storm on Monday night at AAMI Park.

Panthers coach Anthony Griffin has named an unchanged line-up from the team that beat Souths 28-26 at Pepper Stadium in Round 16.

Tigers fullback James Tedesco will get his last chance to impress the Blues selectors before the team for State of Origin 3 is announced, and incumbent New South Wales fullback Matt Moylan will be directly opposing him in the No.1 jersey for Penrith.

The battle of the halves will be an interesting clash, with Tigers young guns Luke Brooks and Mitchell Moses up against 18-year-old Panthers rookie halfback Nathan Cleary and Bryce Cartwright.

Cleary has been impressive in his first three NRL games. Cartwright is looking more and more comfortable in the No.6 jersey after switching from the backrow.

Like Tedesco for the Tigers, Cartwright will be looking for a strong game to clinch a State of Origin debut in Game 3. His versatility makes him an ideal candidate for a spot on the bench at the very least.

Prediction
The Tigers are playing for their season and will be desperate to win, but the Panthers should be too strong and will win a close match. Both Tedesco and Cartwright will have strong games and get the call up for the Blues in State of Origin 3.
