In one of the most anticipated fights of the year, Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor will go head to head in a re-match of their UFC 196 battle.

The fight is expected to begin around 2pm (AEST) on Sunday, 21 August (AEST), although it will depend a bit on the length of the other main card fights.

The main card of the event begins at 12 noon (AEST) and it may be worth tuning in then or shortly after to ensure you don’t miss the main event.

When it comes to watching the event, as usual there are different ways to do so depending on which stage you want to watch.

However when it comes to the main card, the only way to do it is to buy the pay per view.

You’ve got two options there. The cheapest is to purchase it through Main Event at a price of $49.95, however, you’ll need to be able to watch via an existing Foxtel or Optus connection to make this work.

If you don’t have that ability, you can instead buy the pay per view directly from UFC TV, where it will cost you $59.99. Through this method you can stream the event to a wide variety of different devices.

UFC 202 also has prelims and early prelims listed to take place.

If you want to watch the early prelims, then you’ll need to do so via UFC Fight Pass, UFC’s subscription live streaming service which allows you to view a number of events live (but not the main card fights at big events like UFC 202).

If you want to watch the prelims, these are being broadcast on Foxtel via Fox Sports 1, and they start from 10am (AEST).

This means you can watch them on TV via Fox Sports 1, or you could also live stream them using the Foxtel Play or Foxtel Go apps which allow users to stream Foxtel channels.

Both UFC Fight Pass and Foxtel Play are paid services, but have free trials available if you’ve not used them before.
