Sydney Swans star midfielder Luke Parker has kicked truly to claim the first goal of the 2016 AFL Grand Final.
After a turnover from the Bulldogs in their defensive 50, Sans skipper Kieran Jack pounced on the ball, took a fraction of time to lower his eyes and find Parker with a short kick.

The star midfielder then went back for a set shot directly in front from around 40 metres out, and made no mistake with his shot.
Parker had been paying $21 for the first goalscorer, $14 adrift of raging hot favourite Lance
Franklin.
The goal gave Sydney an early 7-0 lead, after Jack had only been able to kick a behind from a set-shot of his own after taking a courageous mark earlier in what had been a low-scoring start to the first quarter.
The goal continued a strong week for Parker, who finished as the runner-up to Patrick Dangerfield in the Brownlow Medal on Monday night.
