Another example apart from the one PeterK mentioned would be the JDP on Laurie Weeks. Seeing as Weeks got cited and rightfully suspended, means the judiciary would of watched the replay plenty of times but decided no suspension or citation was needed for JDP hitting a player in the head with an open palm. Certainly raises a few questions on consistency/bias.

Hooper cleared to play Bledisloe, frustrated at judicial process

SANZAR ruling was that his fist was open “struck out at the opponent’s head and neck area with his open hand,” which makes a mockery of there consistency as he is the only player to receive a suspension this year from striking a player with an open hand

It would of been interesting to see the percentages if pocock could of been picked at 6

The preferred option by many was 8. Higgers 7. Hooper and 6. Pocock yet it wasn’t an option

What was the percentage of people picking hooper at 6?

Comparing The Roar's Wallabies team with Michael Cheika's

Well this IS the side Cheika chose, it was leaked on GAGR around 12 hours ago

Forget fan speculation, this is Cheika's Wallabies line-up

Not the most balanced team but certainly an exciting one

1. Slipper
2. Moore
3. Kepu
4. Simmons
5. Skelton
6. Pocock
7. Hooper
8. Higginbotham
9. Genia
10. Cooper
11. Naiyaravoro
12. Toomua
13. Kurindrani
14. Folau
15. Beale

Pick your own Wallabies XV to play the Springboks

Quade or foley, which ever player is on the field.

Which winger will whip the Wallabies into World Cup winners?

Because he is a damn good winger, best in Australia going on his current form. If a good winger was defined by there speed alone than carlin isles would be playing for Toulon on a mil a year….

Is Kurtley Beale a bad defender? A statistical analysis

Horne is quick but I would say Beale and folau would be the quickest, I remember reading Rod Davies (running 40m in 4.59) that Beale was just as fast over the 40. Horne I would also say is the best defensive back in Australia. It makes sense to have him defending the 12 channel as it has more traffic and most teams like a big, hard running 12. A good team plays to there strengths, Cheika knows this and it’s evidently been very successful for him

I would disagree, defending the inside channel where the majority of players are running at you is a lot easier especially with the support of your team mates, if you look at a lot of beales missed tackles they are covering tackles from players in space. I would argue alot of players wouldn’t have the speed to even catch up and attempt these tackles. In comparison Israel folau has only made 73% and naiyaravoro 76%, Horne is a phenomenal tackler at 87% but his lack of speed is also a contributing factor to why it is beneficial to have Beale defending the wing and broken play
