Tomorrow night's clash in the west looms as a real danger match for the men in gold. If they lose, then Australian rugby will…
Freemantle’s performance last week especially in the first half was amazing. The consistent pressure, way they dominated possession if they play like that again they will win.Hawks have been the best team all year and deserve to be favourites but they’re under a different kind of pressure to get this done and that will mess with them, this is going to be epic! Freo to get it done
Why Hawthorn will win the AFL Grand Final
I was at the Swans vs Hawks in Melbourne earlier in the year when the swans we demolished and at the SCG when the Cats beat us comfortably and remember thinking that both the Cats and the Hawks are just a class above, I would be surprised if another team was to win the flag. Interesting to see what happens with Buddy for this weekend, Cam – whats your opinion there?

Swans again in 2013 – how good would that be! Hard to go back to back though..
Despite appearances, Swans may go back-to-back
I think the Hawks will be in the top 3, too good a side with a GF loss to avenge

Depth on the ball is one of the great but neglected necessities of attacking play.

Agree with Skip, love both codes and sick of the argument.
I heard the commentary and Gould definitely implied that league was more intense game which I don’t agree with..
The game has changed in the last 5 years but I think we all know SBW won’t have any dramas with the fitness and intensity..By his own admission it will take him sometime to feel completely comfortable though, that’s to be expected..

Great insights here Kate and welcome to The Roar.
It’s good to hear you’re taking action to increase the ASDA’s investigative powers, as you note:
“Right now, if you receive a call from ASADA to attend an interview there is no punishment if you do not attend.”
This is crazy!

QLD are spoilt for choice and it’s a good problem for them to have. I doubt Mal would move Slater from fullback, he’s proven, reliable and one of the all time greats, I think it would be Barba on the wing..
Barba is a Maroon must
There’s really little that the players can say, after they way they have played recently, that is going to resonate with Australian Rugby fans and instill us with any confidence. They are required to talk to the media to promote the game but you have to wonder how effective it is. At the end of the day it doesn’t really matter what they say. We all just want them to play exciting running rugby and start winning matches.
Wallabies need less talk, more action
