This is the same Shane Warne who tweeted before the 2013 Ashes that his preferred team for that series was:
“Watson, Warner, S Marsh, Clarke, Wade, Henriques, Faulkner, Maxwell, Coulter-Nile, Pattinson, Lyon/Siddle.”
Safe to say Shane’s mind is prone to inconsistencies.

Harris for Ashes, Hazlewood out: Warne

So if the Hawks land Dangerfield and a ruckman, will the AFL also ban them from making trades for two years for no discernible reason other than because they were better at balancing their budgets than other teams, like the Swans were last season? God forbid the AFL place half the scrutiny on Melbourne-based clubs they do on the Swans.

Hawks set for a busy offseason

Not sure you’re going to see that much, if at all, sadly – these days teams don’t seem to value having fixed opening bowlers, what with injuries and team/tactical variations (like having left right combos or attacking particular batsmen early). Clarke even opened with Johnson and Hazlewood over Starc in the first innings of the WI test.

Select the two Mitchells to share the new ball

I definitely agree it’s not good for him to repeatedly worry about being dropped – and it would be a confusing message to send from the selectors to drop him after two solid tests in the West Indies, and not long after being the best bowler at the World Cup – but I think Harris and Hazlewood are (or should be) locks, and although Johnson is in worse current form, the selectors will surely give him a chance to play England after his recent success. So for the first Test at least, he’ll have to be patient (though here’s hoping the selectors are pragmatic and aren’t afraid to drop Johnson if he underperforms, which is possible).

Mitchell Starc is no longer most droppable, he's clutch

Oops apologies! I guess I saw ‘former NRL player’ and jumped to conclusions! He does do a good Andrew Bolt impression though, fooled me!

So Adam Goodes, who is the real racist?

Agreed, it’s not particularly convincing when you begin your article with a four line caveat about not being racist. You ‘saw an Aboriginal man at Coles just the other day, and did literally nothing to him’? Congratulations, you successfully navigated the streets without being verbally abusive. The fact that you state that so proudly is shameful.

And the imaginary weapons genie? Seriously? The perfect example of developing specious arguments to beef up what is essentially bare personal discomfort at the expression of a different culture. And sorry, but even Andrew Bolt does that more convincingly.

So Adam Goodes, who is the real racist?
