Jiggles, they didnt say “we wont go to the 2015 world cup”, they said it would be a last resort but it couldnt be ruled out.
This affects australia as well, if they had any balls they would be right behind it.

All Blacks are right to boycott 2015 RWC

Thank god, know we can spend our time wishing the warriors well instead of dealing with a troll.

Why Warriors' success is good for rugby

Im saying the poll has not scientific credit, Renegade, for reasons explained above.

Why Warriors' success is good for rugby

An online poll that has people from one side of the opinion asking people to go vote a certain way, along with the fact that you can vote more than once on herald polls.. I lived in the so called heartland of nz league for 25 years, and what im telling you is the poll is not representative of the public opinion, based on my experiences there and evidence of skewing by australian league followers.

Why Warriors' success is good for rugby

Your facts are opinions and you have about ten people ripping them apart all over the thread.

Why Warriors' success is good for rugby

Renegades moto – When I loses one argument, il start another instead.

Why Warriors' success is good for rugby

Haha, Renegade you crack me up.

Why Warriors' success is good for rugby

And long may that be the case!

Why Warriors' success is good for rugby

And league doesnt rule in South Auckland – it may compete but it is far from ruling.

Why Warriors' success is good for rugby

You are clearly the one spinning things Renegade, I said 4 out of 20 teams who have struggled. All the rest have been competitive in most of thier games. And do you seriously think some of the anti union guys on here and LU are above doing that, especially when they are encouraging it to be done? I know for a fact 60% of the people i know would not vote that way – and I come from south auckland – leagues only “heartland”.

Why Warriors' success is good for rugby

He’s a league man who only talks/bad mouths union to get people reading his anti-union pro-league bile.

All Blacks have won nothing in pool stage

Agreed,if you like one, you must have a competitive streak, which means you would enjoy a good game of both codes.

Most Kiwis support both All Blacks and Warriors

Id say the better timeslot for the grandfinal will pull in more viewers. 10pm is to late for most who do not usually follow the sport.

Most Kiwis support both All Blacks and Warriors

Agreed.

Most Kiwis support both All Blacks and Warriors

There is generally 4 teams out of 20 who have struggled, most games have been competative and great to watch, and the have already been huge upsets. Its not a “Mickey Mouse” world cup, no matter how you put a spin on it.
And union struggling to attract new fans? Read the opinion section of the NZ herald, and you will see articles from people who have never watched rugby saying how they have been screaming at the TV and getting excited over games involving the likes of canada…. Or you can just have a look at the attendances for the Reds this year. Or you can just stop trolling.

Why Warriors' success is good for rugby

Great article, after reading the headline I thought you must have been on drugs while writing! But you make a valid point. It is a real shame the wallabies will not in all likelyhood meetthe AB’sin the final, that would have been massive forthegame in this part of the world. Unfortunately I can see a SA NZ semifinal, which I will be very nervous aboutasan AB’s fan. Then an anticlimax final, unless its the AB’s french, then il be nervous again!

Also, isnt the ireland italy game on the same time as the warriors? If so, they would have to show that, potentially a massive game in the context of the world cup..

Warriors success giving Kiwis a lift

Err, me or oikee? If me, your right, the RWC is getting to me, its also getting to my mrs, she has had to watch every game so far along with the in between analysis, IM LOVING IT!
If oikee, your right, nobody who is sane can talk as much shi* as him, which is why i dont bother replying to him anymore.

Warriors success giving Kiwis a lift

Its not being shown in the RUGBY WORLD CUP FAN ZONE because of contractural reasons, and fair enough! the government is setting up another fan zone in Manukau specifically for the league to get around the issue.
Your level of paranoia is astonishing.

Warriors success giving Kiwis a lift

Did you read my post?
“I didnt mean they were all at home in front of the tv, i meant they watched the opening in some form (eg were in a pub, at the game etc)”

What stats did I embellish?

New Zealand the true kings of rugby league

I didnt mean they were all at home in front of the tv, i meant they watched the opening in some form (eg were in a pub, at the game etc). Also, it was for people aged above 15, so really the number was closer to 3 million, but id say most kids would have been glued to the tv at home aswell. The link is below. Take up the science of it with them, renegade.

New Zealand the true kings of rugby league

Yep, thats why i said average. 22k in the only game played there in years is different to 13 games every year. Id say an average of 7k is even opptimistic.

New Zealand the true kings of rugby league

Union is NZ’s passion, not league! Is that so hard to understand? They will get good support this week, as they should. The timing of the game would have also played a part.

Warriors success giving Kiwis a lift

81% of NZers surveyed said they watched the opener, so actual number would be closer to 4 million
