I think he need s more support rather than dropping him. Priddis is a good solid contributor but if he gets stopped there’s not a lot of players that can step up and win the contested ball. They’ve got the personnel, it just seems they’re just to soft to go in and get it.

Josh Kennedy: Poster boy for the Weagles’ travel sickness

They lack a solid spine. Like you said it’s like they’ve been ignoring kpp’s. One other thing, if they can’t get a developing ruck or any ruck at all they’re going to be in some trouble. Sandilands is a champion but his body is pretty battered and I can’t see him playing beyond next season.

I really hope Blakely turns in to a gun. As a fellow Bunbury boy it’s nice to see someone from small town make it.

Could you imagine that eagles forward line though. Kennedy and Hogan alone would be incredible not to mention adding in Darling, Lecras and the resting ruck. Stacked forward 50.

If you think that that point is invalid and wouldn’t concern any club to have someone on their list that hasn’t contributed for over 4 years while drawing a salary who also has a massive injury history which again costs the club money your mad. He’s talented yes but 3 knee reconstructions along with other injuries is enough to make any club second guess, even if not from a playing perspective the business side of things as well. Anyway you put it Morabito is now a high risk high reward scenario. He may come back to the afl and set the world on fire but he could just as easily return and blow his knee out again. If he cant make it back in to the team the season and make an impact id expect Freo to take a serious look in to him

Lachie Neale is ranked number one in disposals, number 2 in effective disposals and number one in contested possession in the competition, from a team that is 0-9. I can’t see how he is not a superstar.

Don’t get me wrong I know how good a player Morabito can be, I’ve played against him. the fact remains that he’s played 26 games in his 5 and a bit year career. The biggest question mark is whether or not after having such a horrible run with injury which over the last 4 years would have cost Fremantle is he going to be able to get back to his best. I’m not knocking him and I hope I’m wrong but he’s facing an uphill battle.

I honestly can’t see a trade being made for Hogan at this stage. Freo will try and so they should but how much would they have to give up to convince Melbourne to let him go. With all the hype being placed around Hogan being a once in a generation player the personnel that Freo would have to throw at him, I think they’d be better off holding off and make a bid at his contract in free agency.

Interested to know what the requirements for the team is. Solid team but I think Bontempelli is a bit unlucky and to an extent Stringer. I mean if it’s based off pure potential Stringers got to be pretty high up there.

Which ten players would you pick for the hypothetical 'Tassie Devils'?

I read this and thought how ironic, and then I looked at the name. How many pies did I miss?

The greatest team of the AFL era

Thanks mate, I tried to put a lot of thought in to it. It’s nice not to have to justify the choices for once.

The greatest team of the AFL era

There’s always gonna be a lot of disagreement with these kinds of things. But in the same token there’s always going to be certain people you can’t leave out. It’s all subjective and personal opinion in the end. That being said I’m not a fan of buddy, I recognise he’s a phenomenal talent but the versatility of Pav and considering I had 3 other KPP I decided against him for the sake of balance.

The greatest team of the AFL era

Yeah that’s the one I’ve copped the most. To be honest it was a complete brain fade and he slipped my mind. Black is an absolute superstar and I’m disguisted in myself for fogetting him.

A true legend of the game. Coming from a weat coast supporter and bitter cross town rival, it’s almost heart breaking to knowhe will never taste the ultimate success. His loyalty is something to commend, staying with a team that has struggled for so long when he could have taken his pick of any club.

Matthew Pavlich has been a giant of the game

I tossed up between milne and johnson for a while in the end I choose johnson purely based on the fact he could play up the field. I just like the idea of having a versatile team.

I think aker was always gonna be a picked on decision. But I think he did enough to secure the forward pocket.

The greatest team of the AFL era

I’m ashamed to admit it especially being a WA boy. But I completely forgot about Black, I’m truly disgusted in myself.

The greatest team of the AFL era

I was thinking goodes could play the back up ruck role
