Thanks for the response. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I agree that the coaching staff traditionally has definitely been found wanting. Another key culprit of our demise was Foleys predecessor Richard Graham who only went onto the reds and sunk their ship too. The financials are definitely starting to paint a brighter future after the recent success’ that I have previously stated above. To say we are in the clear moving forward though would definitely be ignorant to say the least, but there has been a drastic improvement.

Yes when it comes to crowd figures, 11 years of frustration has had its impact but nevertheless- there has been a feeling of renewed hope. Given we have only had 2 games at home this season, 6 weeks apart- its difficult to bring in the crowds without the consistency that leads to greater crowds. As I also referred to, the kings being the second game at home have never done anything positive to stimulate numbers through the gates and therefore I believe its difficult to take this seasons crowd figures as a true representation.

Another wish I had is if the ARU were to support us more and keep Alby Mathewson who really did inspire a lot of great play. I don’t want to speak in spite of the ARU but they haven’t always had the Forces interest represented. I’m not going to say that the ARU is also a ‘tahs factory given that coaches traditionally pick players they have used before. Retaining mumm and skelton, although very controversial, is Michael Chieka referring to what he previously believes he can rely on instead of trialing something new. Similar to when David Moyes became manager of Man U and straight away purchased Fellani. Sorry for the tangent just like to keep a sense of balance.

Nevertheless, its better late than never and throughout history – there have been many examples of brand needing time and a strong persistence to become great. Maybe the force just need to keep plucking away.

Thank you nevertheless and its always interesting to here different point of views.
