The Code War is a real Haiku Battle

I gave it to a few fellow Roarers earlier, tiring of when a perfectly good post descends into the all too familiar code-war. But rather than become bitter and distant, I’ve decided to be proactive going forward.

So, when any Roar readers are engaged in a perfectly reasoned, entertaining thread, but for some strange reason feel the need to turn it into a code comparison session, come here first.

Below is the the cross-code defamation Haiku. Please only respond to this thread in a 5-7-5 syllable response.

For those who need some tips, check out the haiku wikipedia page.

My attempt at one for each code that sums up recent posts on the Roar:

Looks like League, what is?
East South North West, no not West
Rugby don’t go there

Sublime skill on field
Oh no look out, here comes one
Wrestlers not welcome

Don’t look to the past
Expansion the only way
Arnold, what the f…?
