NRL Round 25 kicks off at Parramatta Stadium tonight, with the Eels desperately searching for a win that would lift them off the bottom of the ladder, as they host the Sydney Roosters. We’ll have live scores from the commencement of the match at 7.30pm (AEST).
To say it has been a season to forget for these two sides would be an understatement, with both sides falling considerably short of expectations, although the Roosters have rebounded admirably from the loss of Carney and Myles in recent weeks.
Still, both sides contain quality players and in a match-up where neither side has anything to lose, it is possible that there may be some free-flowing, entertaining rugby league.
In Chris Hicks’ 200th game, Parramatta simply must lift to avoid the dreaded wooden spoon.
Kick Off: 7.35pm (AEST)
