McKenzie names 30-man Wallabies squad, with surprises

Wallabies coach Ewen McKenzie has named his 30-man Wallabies squad to take on the All Blacks, with eight cut from the previous training squad of 38 that had assembled in Sydney.

Waratahs prop Benn Robinson has missed out in the most surprising non-selection, with only six Waratahs named.

11 of the Brumbies outfit that lost to the Chiefs last Saturday night will be vying to start.

Former Rebels flyhalf James O’Connor was the only player from the Rebels’ 2013 squad, with eight uncapped players looking to make their debut.

Uncapped flyhalves Matt Toomua and Bernard Foley have both been included in the 30-man squad, ensuring another seven days of speculation as to who will wear the number ten jersey next Saturday night.
