The Rugby World Cup has been played and won, and New Zealand came away with the spoils.

Victory in consecutive Rugby World Cups is a fitting tribute for this All Blacks team, and the Wallabies deserved their second position, after enjoying a wonderful tournament.

It was a terrific game of rugby, with New Zealand running out 17-point winners. A big margin, sure, and in the end not necessarily reflective of the scare Australia gave the champions.
