Video footage which allegedly shows Melbourne Storm prop Nelson Asofa-Solomona engage in a brawl outside a nightclub in Bali has been referred to the NRL Integrity Unit.
The footage was posted on Twitter on Sunday and it’s understood that both the NRL and the Melbourne Storm have been alerted to its existence.
Asofa-Solomona is currently holidaying in Bali with teammates including Suliasi Vunivalu and Tui Kamickamicka, two weeks after the Storm’s season came to an end at the hands of the Sydney Roosters.
The owner of a Bali nightclub released security vision to Nine News of an incident from just before the altercation, alleging Vunivalu had been attacked inside the venue, which led to Asofa-Solomona’s retaliation on the street.
