Here is my round-up of all the Round 3 action.
The Broncos and Eels was a very one-sided contest, with Parramatta winning 34-6 against a very error-prone and disappointing Broncos side missing David Fifita and Tevita Pangai Jr.
With the new six-again rule, we saw the total tackle count increase enormously with the Broncos making 401 tackles compared to the Eels’ 249 with Jake Turpin making 64 tackles.
Clint Gutherson was very good, producing one try, one try assist, 26 runs for 267 metres, five tackle breaks, two line breaks and two errors, which didn’t cost the Eels.

The forwards were very good for the Eels with every starting forward running for over 150 metres. Kane Evans off the bench had 185.
Kotoni Staggs had a night to forget with four errors and new recruit Brodie Croft scored the only try for Brisbane.
The next day the Cowboys ran through the Titans 36-6. Valentine Holmes ended the game with three try assists and Jason Taumalolo ran for 290 metres, plus seven tackle breaks and one line break.
Souths and the Roosters always produce a great game to watch but for Souths fans it was terrible. The Roosters ran through the Rabbitohs 28-12 in what was for most of the game a one-sided contest.
James Tedesco played his usual game, scoring a try and running for 314 metres, 14 tackle breaks and two line break assists.
Latrell Mitchell played the full 80 minutes, managing one try assist, 13 runs for 101 metres, five tackle breaks and one error.
Debutant Troy Dargan looked good at times but he is no Cody Walker.
Dragons fans, look away, because the Warriors gave your side a whopping 18-0 defeat on Saturday afternoon with Kodi Nikorima tallying one try, one try assist, five tackle breaks and two line breaks.
Ben Hunt had 19 kicks for 587 metres and ran for 135 metres. Matt Dufty came up with three errors.
The Wests Tigers beat the Sharks 28-16 with winger David Nofoaluma coming up with one try, one try assist, 187 running metres, five tackle breaks and two line breaks.
The Sharks missed 54 tackles but the Tigers had the most errors with 13. The Sharks looked disappointing even with Josh Dugan scoring a first-half double.
The Raiders have beaten the Storm again with English recruit George Williams steering the ship with two try assists. The Raiders are premiership favourites because their defence at the moment is the best.

Jordan Rapana, returning to the Raiders, scored a try.
Mitchell Pearce and Connor Watson both went off during the Knights’ game against the Panthers but even then the Panthers couldn’t muster up a win with the game ending in a 14-14 draw.
Tom Trbojevic led Manly to a 32-6 win over the Doggies. Trbojevic produced two tries, three try assists and 188 run metres with international star forward Addin Fonua-Blake having 206 running metres.
Bulldogs half Jack Cogger finished the game with three errors.
