Don Pyke’s side have hit a bit of form as of late. After 12 rounds, the Crows sit fifth on the ladder, which is a sign they are on the up after a slow start to the season.
The confidence Adelaide would have gained from defeating the GWS Giants by 21 points at home last weekend should give them a serious platform to launch a top-four assault.
Matt and Brad Crouch played a huge part in the Crows getting over the line in that game, both accumulating 30 or more disposals.
Josh Jenkins was the pick of the forwards, as he finished with three majors next to his name. Taylor Walker, Rory Sloane and Eddie Betts all finished with two goals each.
They go in unchanged from the week before.
As for Damien Hardwick’s side, they are in some seriously poor form. There is no denying they are missing some key players due to injury, but what they have dished up in recent weeks has not been good enough.
The Tigers were thumped by 67 points against Geelong last weekend, which leaves them seventh on the ladder.
In terms of positives, Dion Prestia found the ball 30 times, but he was the only one to achieve that statistic.
None of the Tigers were able to score more than one goal – they only finished with five as a team.
The bad news continues in regards to injuries for Richmond. Trent Cotchin, Shane Edwards and Ivon Soldo make way due to injury, while Jacob Townsend has been omitted.
Nathan Broad, Brandon Ellis, Connor Menadue and Mabior Chol come into the side.
Prediction
The Tigers have too many injuries to cover at the moment and it has shown in recent games. Adelaide should win this clash comfortably.
Despite the injuries, Richmond need to show more than what they have in recent weeks.
Crows by 34 points.
