I'm a South Australian now living in Chicago, IL. Always dealing with questions about our fauna... A firm believer in not abiding by regionalism when it comes to supporting a franchise. Boston Red Sox, Chicago Blackhawks and New York Giants.

Disastrous result for Everton. Lacked any inspiration and motivation. Liverpool absolutely bossed this game.

Liverpool vs Everton highlights: Premier League live scores

I’m a huge admirer of the Spurs. Given the relatively small size of San Antonio in comparison to most other NBA franchises and that they are in a state with two other HUGE franchises (and also basketball is hardly on par with football in Texas) – it makes no sense as to why they’re so successful. Front office consistency and spotting talent (all the way back to George Gervin really!) have led to it. Kawhi Leonard is so ‘Spursy’, like Robinson, Duncan,Ginobili, Parker etc. have been. Can’t help but admire the kid!

The NBA’s most admirable superstar

I like that analogy Machooka. It felt very contrived and Disney like… It was cringe worthy at the end when all his ex-teammates gritted their teeth and hugged him. I was looking to see if Sasha Vucevic was there, who he tormented and berated mercilessly apparently.
He was a great player no doubt. An unbelievable talent and competitor… But what’s the legacy to follow?

Kobe is to blame for the Lakers lacking a foundation for the future

The Rams needed to grab the attention of the city from the outset. This should work in theory… It’s a pity it’s not a better QB draft class. But who knows what the future holds…

Rams bet the house for NFL first pick

From memory the big criticism (whether justifiable or not given the small sample size of opportunities) Hayne received last year, which may have been why he ended up on the practice squad, was his fumbling.

Hopefully he can get the technical aspects right and cement a spot in the 52-man roster.

It’s great seeing an Aussie in the NFL, not just as a punter.
