They would just follow you at this level, so common sense would be not to be out there. Pull the old fake injury is a good one.

Test Mortem: Adelaide shafted by schedule but pitch not up to scratch, Smith-Green jury still out, SOS to ICC for Windies

Khawaja injury revealed as opener in doubt for Brisbane Test, Adelaide curator unimpressed with own pitch

I think it’s more a case of he is having a hard time accepting the declining eye / reflexes. The better you were the harder it is to accept the decline. I think he was ok post sandpaper / jofra. He made a double century the next game he played after Jofra. After this Marnus blossomed and think it took the last couple of years of form away from him basically sitting watching marnus bat. I think he should retire.

First-up failure: Smith falls cheaply in opening gambit as Windies show spirit to fight back from woeful start

Don’t you get in with a gold coin donation like the scg.

To use footy parlance – the hospital pass!

Smith's time is up: Selectors miss golden chance to look to the future with short-sighted leadership decision

No way could he call himself the universe boss just for T20’s.

West Indies playing for their future as a legitimate Test nation with memory fading of long lost Calypso glory days

Remember the WACA one. Thats where him and Mark Waugh hit one onto the roof of the prindiville stand.

I’m with him. Pretty sure a failed KPI for them is missing one of these lunches.

Back in my day I used to be “with it”, but then they changed what “it” was, and now what i’m with isn’t “it”, and whats “it” seems weird and scary to me.

You’ll be saying that later when 1 over cricket is a thing. Back in my day when it was 20 overs…

Pat cummins could open the bowling with them to give the cartel a rest.

'Best six batters in the country': Smith will open and Green returns as Bailey denies Bancroft rift over Sandpaper saga

Ah yes forgot Brayshaw. In terms of tactical commentary around the game Warner could be ok. He has done a couple of short BBL appearances. But like Michael Clarke the grating voice eventually wears you down.

I thought the umpires didn’t change the ball, so hard to make the assumption the bowlers knew if the umpires didn’t see any issue.

the frequency of batsmen stopping play because of spectator movement 5 or more metres away from a sightscreen, or a tiny bundle of not-moving electrical tape somehow visible from 100 metres away (you, again)

– Steve Smith trying to prove his eyesight isn’t going maybe. I couldn’t see it from the members pavillion, but I had had a couple of schooners.

Scoring at a snail’s pace: Why Australia's pedestrian top four is about to get even slower

They need a separate channel to put Warner, Hayden, Langer on so we can enjoy watching the cricket in peace. Let me know if I missed any. The channel could be called Bogan cheer squad central.

Agree. Don’t get the booing of the player. Think it because the selectors are hiding out the back. What should happen is the selectors come out first so we can vent and then we can cheer the players.

Wagner bowling all those short balls was eventually going to catch up with him. Great engine though.

Stoinis should be the subject in a new series of Ripleys believe it or not.

Nah, Tim Paine wil come back and open.

And at the tedious rate he is scoring he would need to bat for 5 days to get there.

This is the can of worms they opened with that starc ruling. Would be interesting to see how many classic catches in the past would be not out. Reckon moises trying not to touch ground with ball increased impact on his shoulder. Rule change needed.
