I honestly believe nothing strange after the explanation given i.e. radio traffic/congestion. I certainly noticed whilst the lights were being used Rassie was furiously chatting away on the mic. Therefore more communication possible through same time frame means more efficiency, and it’s consitent with the explanation. I think this is a storm in a tea cup and nothing more to it. Nothing illegal/unlawful, nothing deceitful, and nothing against the spirit of the game in my opinion. This time it’s not Rassie trying to be a smart-arse, he’s simply being creative. I’d be surprised if anyone honestly believes otherwise.
