Australian teams to develop mnemonic devices but performed as hakas as pre game reminder to-do’s

Progress is slowly happening: What each of our Aussie Super Rugby teams must do to take the next step

Yes assuming our hard grounds is the cause of all the lower leg injuries aka syndesmosis aka the kale of ankle injuries

The five Aussie young guns who should be celebrated - and the one who is ready for the Wallabies

Tupou

Why Schmidt isn't sweating about Wallabies star's cross-code temptation

Those 27 games for Clermont by Amatosero – were they games he was also “eased into”? I don’t know much about French rugby but is it a step down such that he can’t hit the ground running in SR? Or is he just not showing the form yet or “not training well” I wonder?

The five Aussie young guns who should be celebrated - and the one who is ready for the Wallabies

I saw the metric somewhere:
Fiji > Australia
Australia > Portugal
Portugal > Fiji
Belgium > Portugal
Belgium better than Wallabies

The insurmountable problem facing Australian rugby in a doomed rivalry with New Zealand

I don’t recall ever seeing Suli in space -whether being put there or finding it himself. I recall him intercepting for a try a couple of years ago where he cantered to the try zone – just – but don’t actually know whether he’s got any gas? He tends to favor picking the ball off the bottom of rucks on the blind side and he takes the odd high ball still OK?

The Wrap: Rebels young gun rockets out of Wallabies contention, and why Samipeni Finau's 'brutal' hit on Edmed was fair game

My reading comprehension is middling at best, but could someone explain the “Rebels young gun rocketing out of Wallabies contention” piece of the headline? I didn’t watch the game so that may be most of my problem

Ken – Not sure of the accuracy but interesting resource here re eligibility. Says Tua not Wallabies qualified until Feb ‘28 (5years > Brums debut):

Brumbies knock over Hurricanes in statement win as Wright shines again behind forward pack

(Assuming this is real) We’ve certainly moved on from where we were about this time last year,

“Eddie’s got three (psychologists) in there and his quote was they’re working so hard that the psychologists are going to need psychologists.”

Although in hindsight that statement is probably fair enough

'It can be something great': Schmidt turns to 'scrum doctor' as next step in Wallabies rebuild

Don’t think I’ve seen SV find any space in any SR or tests since he’s come across? He seems to have latched on to one thing that he learned off Koroibete, and that’s taking the ball from the base of the ruck

Vunivalu set to be dropped for Brumbies clash as Reds recall off-contract Wallabies star

Has to bone up on the baseball analogies since cricket is n/a

Eddie puts his foot in it again by claiming 'no regrets' after leaving Wallabies in 'a better place'

Is it just me or do you get the feeling Nela is halfway out the door O/S already?

Decision time: Clubs queuing up to pounce on Rebels' best as Rugby Australia given warning over in demand Wallabies

Petaia would surely need to get his body in check before heading to NRL or being hit by missiles in NFL. Hope he settles in for a solid season

Rugby News: Petaia weighs up NRL, NFL options as Reds contract winds down, All Black confirms 'f--kwit' sledge

All pretty tame and diplomatic stuff. Imagine if it was a bit more like boxing and he comes out and says “We’re going to smash them into next week. They’re going to feel our wrath. There will be no place to hide.” etc. would be a bit of fun. Although I suspect that’s what EJ and HM we’re kind of leaning towards

Let the mind games begin ... What Razor's expecting to see from Joe's Wallabies

Actually I don’t “like” it

'How do I get out of Australian rugby?' Wallaby's anguish after year from hell - and why there are 'no excuses' for Rebels

Is Tamati Ioane still on the roster? The few games I saw him play, he was bashing through bodies at will. Was thinking what a great off season may do for him but never saw much of him since

'How do I get out of Australian rugby?' Wallaby's anguish after year from hell - and why there are 'no excuses' for Rebels

Hopefully the Rebels’ S+C coaches (and I say this for all Aussie sides) have managed to decode the mystery of “protecting the calf muscle”. That and “how to prevent syndesmosis”. Two injuries we seem to be good at.

'Not here to come second': Why Tupou's arrival at the Rebels shapes as most important moment in club's history

We certainly didn’t “Mind the Gap”

'We don’t hold any grudges': Why Wallabies star will still be picked in 2024 despite NRL defection

Is it just me or does anyone else get the feeling that Tupou is minutes away from making an announcement that he’s leaving our shores?!

NRL powerhouse target Wallabies young gun as replacement for Suaalii

Eddie is the Kardashians of Rugby right now

Rugby News: Eddie to reveal next step 'very shortly', Rassie resumes 2019 role, Wales legend joins Crusaders

Is that behind the scenes doco still going ahead? So we’re going to have to go through all this shyte all over again?!

'Who cares?': Eddie has no regrets about Wallabies disaster but takes swipes at RA and media

I guess not a huge stretch to surmise EJ will be coaching somewhere and not in Australia

'I'm not a quitter': Under-siege RA chair won't follow Jones, blames 'broken system' for chaos

“Like Michael Cheika, another great Aussie coach heads to another country.“

Hang on, so EJ is going to Japan?!?

'I'm not a quitter': Under-siege RA chair won't follow Jones, blames 'broken system' for chaos

I certainly don’t buy into the “Cheiks doing well with Argentina = Cheiks the right next coach for Wallabies”. Aside from whether he’d even want the gig, there’s something apparent about his coaching style and philosophy really gelling with the Argentinians in a way that wouldn’t/doesn’t apply in Aus.

Five things: RWC quarters deliver rugby's greatest weekend, Cheika's timely Wallabies reminder, officiating wild west

You forgot to add at the end, “….. other than that, he’s done an excellent job!”

The notion that 2023 could yield wins only against Georgia and (assuming?!) Portugal

COMMENT: Eddie must be axed if he can't beat Wales - or the game will be in deep trouble in Australia
