said a man, like SBW, with no morals and principles either…

SBW returns: Roosters sign Sonny Bill Williams for 2013

I think, but am not sure, that he has said he won’t play when the Roosters take on the dogs! Here’s hoping I’m wrong…If so the NRL will enjoy a packed house that game!

SBW stops short on Canterbury apology

Great write up Matt. This is what league needs more of. Sadly the post grandfinal controversies are the one getting all the attention and roaring debates.

Hope to be at the big one myself next year now the dogs have served thier apprenticeship (being located in WA makes it a big weekend!), might even see you there if the bunnies can take the next step!!!

The 2012 NRL Grand Final: A cultural journey

Yeah the OTT nature of your article (ie humour) seem to get lost in translation to the thin skinned manly fans 🙂

It definitely is a case of who I least love to hate now, so as strange a thought it would have been to me a few weeks ago…even last week I would have been on the Tiges or Dragons…GO THE WARRIORS!!!

Please, anyone but Manly

Yep I’m with the go the Warriors and All Blaacks to lose brigade!!….I’m a pretty loyal and staunch New South Welshman but can’t bring myself to follow Manly at all 🙂

Is there a side for the neutrals in the NRL finals?

Carn the Bu11dogs!!!

Beware the 'Dogs of War' in the 2011 NRL season

I also live in Perth and I disagree. NRL needs Perth for a national TV deal, and WA needs their team back as much as the Bears do from the remains of the superleague war. These are good times for the NRL & Perth affluence/resources market and they need to push out while the going is (relatively) good.

Should the NRL expand to Christchurch?

Is this a joke mate, or did you lose a lot of money…

What a load of trash. GET OVER IT!

PS as a goal kicker i though that was a very decent effort, would have been embarrassing if it was a clanger, but still funny he missed considering the kicking code he is going too

Punters lose millions when Issy kicks for goal

Yep, think that coveres the critics, doubters and fans all in one scoreline…with some left over.

Imagine what the score would have been with a performing goal kicker!!

Welcome back boys 🙂

Bulldogs can find their bite against Roosters

As another dogs fan, I’ve backed them, but if i was risking a large sum of money, I hate to say it but I’d be thinking long and hard and prob would lean the other way unfortunately. Their form has been very average, I hope training this week turns around the woeful start to the season they’ve had.

Kudos to the dragons for their start, hope they can continue all the way for their supporters sake (including my long suffering dad)! The only consolation for the Bulldogs is looking at Parra’s start last year and where they eventually ended up come seasons end. Still, with 3 losses in a row it will start to become a bit of a PA relations disaster and wont help growing the crucial membership drive (incidentally Dogz & Dogs, I hope you’ve both got your season ’10 Bulldogs membershisp cards by now!?!) 😉
