Yeah, Ned should have backed himself, just lack of confidence. Instead he saw Hooper and thought better pass it to my captain who got flattened by three defenders. I know it was recycled and we scored but that’s not the point. Hey if the AB no 1 can side step 2 of our blokes and score in game3 then our Ned can learn to sidestep. 😊

Yep, when Cooper was wanting to shove Richie about, Deans should have made him pull his head in instead of letting him say “bring it on” and the “Brand” should have been stomped on from day1.

Yeah, just looked at PeterK youtube clip in slow mo. Clearly a professional foul, Slipper was purposely held back to keep that channel clear for Bridge to run through. What with foot in touch both the AB tries shouldn’t have counted and this would have made a huge difference to how game played out. Provided the ref is consistent I am ok with this stuff but yup, Paul missed a lot on the day. The AB’s were lucky not to lose that game really, home advantage saved them.
Anyhow it was an awesome game with NO cards !!!
