It would be a waste of money spending any money on these grounds. No crowds go and Rugby League is slowly getting phased out mainly due to the reason it can’t grow
Which Sydney suburban rugby league grounds should be redeveloped?
I highly doubt many Aussies know who he is.
Shaun Wane may be the English Craig Bellamy
If those players don’t make the Kangaroos or Kiwis side they can just go play for another country they’ve never been to nor could locate on a map
How will the Kangaroos and Kiwis look in 2025?
Walter NOBODY cares about it in those Cities.. tell me what 2 nationalities are running those clubs? They are either Aussie or Northern English.
124 years of existence and nobody wants to touch it
The NRL could lead the world's social recovery
But it is Minor. 21,000 tickets handed out to the “World” Cup last week to move them to look like people are interested in the tournament where 90% of the players come from the heartlands of 3 countries
Lack of details a cause for concern in NRL return
If Rugby League isn’t a dull sport wouldn’t it be cared about outside QLD and parts of NSW Cathar??
Lack of details a cause for concern in NRL return
So it’s the people on charge not the product?? All we hear is excuse after excuse but nothing to do with the product..
The sooner the fanatics realise it’s the repetitive product and not the 3,000 excuses given as to why it’s and always will be a suburban sport the better
State of the not-union 2020
Hey Richo, apparently I’m you! Apparently there is only one person on here Cathar is arguing with!
The NRL can’t stand idle while the AFL takes America
So the military was banned from playing it so that’s why nobody cares??
Wow!!! I thought I’d heard all the excuses
The NRL can’t stand idle while the AFL takes America
Oh yea because Rugby League is huge in Adelaide..
we don’t get much AFL, Soccer and Rugby here on the Gold Coast but I haven’t heard anyone blame media shutdowns.
Now what other excuses have we got?
Just curious why would any other sport be threatened by Rugby League?
The NRL can’t stand idle while the AFL takes America
Cathar, I can absolute Guarentee you NO other sports are threatened by Rugby League.. I can’t express this enough
The NRL can’t stand idle while the AFL takes America
How do you know it will be wrong Cathar?
You don’t have a good record on here mate
Where will the NRL be in ten years?
Changing the rules like from 2 refs to 1 ref Crosscoder??
Just curious…
The National Rugby League chairman thinks five hours on a plane is too much
Vlandys isn’t stupid. He knows the game cant grow outside the heartlands. It hasn’t for 124 years. Why would it start doing so now?
The National Rugby League chairman thinks five hours on a plane is too much
He is just going back to the sport he grew up playing in Fiji. Atleast now he will be recognized in his home country. Good luck to him
Confirmed: Storm star Vunivalu switching to rugby
Keep trying to talk it up Fred. It’s a sport on its knees over there. There is no money in it because all the money goes to the attractive sports over there
Pathetic British Lions not so great anymore

After this year's Nines World Cup, how do we run league's abridged version?
There are 10 times more adults playing soccer than Rugby League all over Australia. Not surprisingly you’re a RL diehard in Brisbane because that’s the only RL heartland left here in Oz
I love the Rugby League logic but. Larry come down here to NSW and see the state of the game here and remember this is the only other state in Australia that supposedly cares about the sport
A controversial opinion on NRL expansion
The A League will overtake the 2 state NRL soon Max. As much as you hate to hear it. Soccer already leaves League for dead in Participant adults and kids.
As I said you don’t want to hear it but facts are facts
A controversial opinion on NRL expansion
You just have to take International Rugby League with a grain of salt.
The lie of international rugby league
