Really annoyed at that effort from the tahs myself. ( or the lack of). Just seemed to lack the fire in the belly of recent weeks. Played like a team that think theyre better than they actually are. Starting Hannigan over Sinclair i thought was a poor selection. How bought earning the right,being in the trenches all season, being part of those tough it out wins. Everything that appeared to be missing last night, back to the tahs of old. Dont get me started on Paddy Ryan. No urgency in his play at all. Loafing around the field. Put in man,have a f!@#$& go! Annoys the bejesus out of me. Pereses absence weakens the mifdfield penetration hugely, but Harry Johnson Holmes absence is just as telling.

Im so sick of folau fainga doing stoopid things. That low no arms torpedo dive at the ball runners shins thing ..ive seen him do it numerous times. For all his talent he is a walking/diving card magnet. Not a game goes by without him shouldering,or blocking or some stupid infringement. Will he ever learn. Till he does, id pick porecki at 2.

I agree. A few early legit brumbies infringements lead to consecutive 50/50 calls going against .

Yep its the snowball effect..an offside, a high tackle…the ref is swayed and the 50/50 calls dont go your way then.

A slick looking blues outfit. Reds pack really struggled at times. Aussie rugby can put decent enough teams on the park when the first picked are available. But a few injuries and the quality of replacements drops off dramatically. Depth a real issue.
To the reds credit they kept battling away and some nice moments, but really outclassed on the day.

I thought the hooker Mahe Vailanu was outstanding. Best weve had all year. Lineout was good but his ball running was impressive and feel its a better balance for the team having a thick battering ram in that position. He brusied a few defenders.

Id be giving simmons a go at 6.Neds honest but,yeh. Or shift mcmahon to 6 (does he jump?) and bring timani in at 8 and pray he fires up.Our lineouts been stable and id hate to compromise that.. The scrums a funny one. Its obviously hard to tell without having your head in there,and video footage isnt very helpfull either. Who knows whats going on in there. Looked like there 1 was boring in a bit but maybe its just the video angle?. Id really like to see hodge get a run somewhere.We really hamper our efforts without a good boot.Having a weapon of a general kicker would add so much to our game plan/tactics and being able to put it down the other end (and at times into the fricken stand) when we need couldnt hurt now could it? Moores day is up.Can we rely on TPN,s throwing is the concern.Coleman and arnold are a must obviously.
