Ryan Loneragan best 9 in Aus: no where to be seen.

'Bloody disappointed: Wallabies OUT of World Cup as nation to miss finals for first time, Eddie fights for survival

Agreed: DR should never have been sacked & as one has already noted, what due diligence was done about bringing EJ on board? Maybe that’s why Morinos left?

Agreed: Ryan Loneragan is best 9 in Aus & is a good goal kicker.

Who’s the experienced 10 now?

I don’t think it was the time/place – it was asked in post game conference. I think MT made right call given it was immediately after our worst RWC performance.

Yes: but, he had learnt his lesson & took the points in following games

Agreed: poor captaincy in such a crucial game!

Indeed: stoicism is the foundation of CBT & was founded way before Christianity. Sage.

'All sorts of emotions': Why a 'humble pie world tour' has seen Kellaway never take Wallabies selection for granted

You know, as a traffic wallabies supporter, I’m getting angry really at all this negativity from so called experts. I don’t know what the answer is, but, I just find all these comments so negative.

COMMENT: Eddie must be axed if he can't beat Wales - or the game will be in deep trouble in Australia

Got up at 4 a.m. to watch the replay. 15 minutes in, the Stan coverage just jumped forward to “live” at 48 minutes. So the score, so just continued watching to my detriment. Does anyone else have this issue with the Stan coverage? It’s happened a few times. I guess it’s a glitch when you are watching a live game but start watching it from the start: very frustrating.

Anyway, very disappointed like all the Wallabies fans. I really don’t know what the solution is now that Topou & Skelton are out of the Wales game. Ulesse will be out too for HIA, but probably not a big loss. Do you stick with Carter or move Donaldson into 10? I’d like to stick with Carter so you don’t destroy his confidence: but that means playing Donaldson at 15. I think he’s playing okay, but how do you leave someone like Kellaway out? This is the problem with not having Quade, which I thought was a big mistake.

I think White’s best days seem gone: strange.

Pone has to play.

I’m not confident we’ll beat Wales and think we could exit early. Let’s hope I’m wrong.

The horror five minutes that put Wallabies' World Cup on life support as Eddie's huge 10 call falls flat

As an ex No 9: I also highly rate lRyan & agree I think he’s actually No 1 or 2 on technical skills. Tate’s passing looks to have improved this year as the season went on which is great because he adds that X factor with his speed & running game. Going to be a tough call.

'Best halfback': The 'bold' play that helped seal SF - and rocketed bolter's Test captaincy credentials

Agreed: a clever/funny/top bloke who’ll go to France ???????? to do a job of moral booster/training work horse & flexible option!

'It's disappointing': Waratahs smashed by Barrett's Blues as missed chances, poor discipline kills off season

Glad he’s going to the Force: can’t be a WC consideration.

'Embarrassed': Hooper's farewell falls flat as horrific Tahs smashed in momentum-killer ahead of quarter

Coleman needs to wear a lot of this

Unfortunately: I think that’s correct

'Embarrassed': Hooper's farewell falls flat as horrific Tahs smashed in momentum-killer ahead of quarter

Seriously: what a disgrace from the Tahs. To send off Hoops this way? I get finals coming up: but, seriously. I think coach needs to wear most of this as clearly players not up to it! Not sure I’ll be renewing membership next year.

So true! Same with AFL

COMPLETE SRP teams Round 7: Kellaway into centres for Rebels, Suli dropped by Thorn, Brumbies add firepower

Ryan Lonergan has been the pick of half backs: I think Tate will miss out as had poor season so far in poorly performing team. Also, Tate’s “passing game” is the weakest of all the half backs.

Messages and rockets: Predicted Wallabies squad set to shake up status quo with every position 'wide open'

I think Sualli sat out playing for Kings in his final year: what a wasted investment and shows his true character – money. Leave him in League – don’t want that sort of character.

'Damn good footballers': Why Wallabies coach is cool on Suaalii seduction as McLennan fires back at V'landys

Interesting & I think a valid point. KB went to joeys on scholarship – ended up in union. Tom Right too – went then Roosters (I think) then back to union. I think RA just needs to put more effort into growing school/club base – maybe put money into public schools to foster union?

'Damn good footballers': Why Wallabies coach is cool on Suaalii seduction as McLennan fires back at V'landys

Completely agree with staying calm/seeing the game when playing at 9-15, especially 10 – something we should be teaching our playmakers. But, I think Wisemantel is really talking about Noha being more assertive in his communications with forwards and backs – basically saying, you’ve played 11 or so tests for Australia – you are good enough – now believe it and show it! Which I completely agree with.

'Damn good footballers': Why Wallabies coach is cool on Suaalii seduction as McLennan fires back at V'landys

Totally agree: V’landys came across as a total knob. But, governments change – and I think NSW’s govt is likely to change soon.

'Damn good footballers': Why Wallabies coach is cool on Suaalii seduction as McLennan fires back at V'landys

Agree completely with comment and wisemantel’s comment. We have a very good bunch of players, especially in back three – we just need to continue to develop them. I’d really like to see Suli Vunivalu get some more game time after his 1-minute cameo off the bench in game three of the English series. I understand we want to win the RC and probably don’t want to take the risk yet – let’s hope he gets some good game time on Spring Tour – otherwise, we have wasted his/our time/money.
