I can see how you want the book thrown at him as an ex referee, but I would suggest that 3 weeks will wake him up when he realises how his big gob and small brain has caused him to let two teams down. His small brain didn’t stop him stripping to his underwear on field either, revealing him to be a smuggler of baby budgerigars. Carrigan and Fifita should have copped a week each for lying also.
